Your story builds value into your business and creates an emotional connection with your customer. A good story is good business.

Discovery

The first step is to meet with you and understand your business goals and what outcomes you are after. What content you need and what you want to achieve with it.

Costing

Once we understand the scope of the work and your goals, we can give you a general idea of the costs. We will then provide a fixed cost brief. There are no surprises, you know exactly what you are paying for and what you will get. To this point, it is all FREE of cost.

Story development

We go away and map out a clear direction of your vision for your business and how that will be expressed visually. If this includes videography it may include storyboarding of your narrative and this will be presented to you for your feedback.

Planning

Once approved we create a schedule for the work, and with either the HR team or your business contact we will be in touch to arrange the finer details and make sure all our calendars are aligned and there is the least disruption to your business. 

Co-ordinating

We reach out to any of your partners (website developer, marketing company etc) to ensure we are aligned on what will be executed on the day of the shoot.

Managing

We turn up early on the day to set-up and manage the schedule of the shots and make sure people are in the right place at the right time to have their photo or video taken. Everything is done to minimise disruption to your business.

The shoot

We work through the shot list, capturing the images. If possible, we will hook up a camera to a computer so you can view live images.

The edit

We go back to our office and edit images and video. We can provide a short list of recommended images within 2 working days - for video, it takes 4 days to get the first edit stage as it is a longer process.

Upload

Once you have made a final selection of the content you want, we polish and make final edits to the still images within 3 working days. Video takes longer to process. This will depend on the number of shooting days and how editing needs to be done. On top of that there are graphics, sound and compositing. This can take up to three weeks to complete.

Once everything is approved, we upload the materials to your preferred destination.
